TOLEDO -- A wrongful death lawsuit was filed Thursday afternoon against a Toledo nursing home where an Alzheimer's patient was beaten to death. The suit says the victim's family deserves at least $25,000. Lawyers say Foundation Park nursing home is partly to blame for the death of a 77-year-old man.
