LEXINGTON, Ky. (AP) - A third lawsuit has been filed against Comair over the commuter jet crash in Lexington on August 27th that killed 49 people. The lawsuit filed yesterday is the first to name Comair's parent company, Delta Air Lines, as a defendant.
