Posted: 5:42 PM- SALT LAKE CITY - Tony Tan will get his day in court, even if he was short two words. The Utah Court of Appeals revived his lawsuit Thursday against an insurance company in a dispute over compensation for 3,580 stolen scooters. Tan's attorneys named Ohio Casualty Group as the defendant in 2003 instead of The Ohio Casualty Insurance Company.
