Action News 5 has learned the family of DeAunta Farrow is preparing to file a multi-million dollar civil rights lawsuit. Attorney Javier Bailey said late Tuesday that DeAunta Farrow's mother will file a $5 million civil rights lawsuit against the city of West Memphis, Police officer Erik Sammis who pulled the trigger and his partner on scene.
