A Springfield motorcycle parts dealer is accused in a civil lawsuit of defrauding customers of $54,000, according to a news release from the state Attorney General's Office. Greene County Choppers Inc. and its owners, Christopher and Steve Ferrell, were named in the lawsuit filed by Attorney General Jay Nixon.
