The lawsuit in Seneca County Common Pleas Court between the Seneca County commissioners and area historic preservationists has been settled. With no admissions of wrongdoing by the county, both sides agreed Monday to the dismissal of any further hearings in the common pleas court.

Robert Bork, the former Yale Law School professor and one-time Supreme Court nominee, has settled a $1 million lawsuit with the Yale Club that he filed for injuries sustained when he fell at the alumni social club last June while steeping onto a dais. But the terms of the settlement are confidential, Bork's attorney, Randy Mastro, said Monday.
